The boot camp consists of 1-45 minutes session of INTENSE exercise every week for 6 weeks!

Group Training With Lee

'Weigh' to Wellness is a 12 week, 1x per week, program focusing on all aspects of health and wellness.  Learn new exercises, recipes, journal it all and be on
